Members of the USS Constitution honor guard present colors before the dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Phoenix building at Luke Air Force Base. The new NOSC includes a 32,055 sq. ft. facility on a 1.85 acre site that will accommodate full-time command and administrative staff, a medical unit and more than 750 drilling reservists. Constitution Sailors supported Phoenix Navy Week, one of 15 Navy weeks planned across America for 2012. Navy weeks are designed to increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence. US Fleet Forces Cancels Sortie Condition Alpha

Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces has modified guidance for all U.S. Navy ships in Hampton Roads, Va. Ships currently in port have been directed to remain in port. Ships at sea continue to maneuver to clear the path of the storm.
