Members of the USS Constitution honor guard present colors before the dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Phoenix building at Luke Air Force Base. The new NOSC includes a 32,055 sq. ft. facility on a 1.85 acre site that will accommodate full-time command and administrative staff, a medical unit and more than 750 drilling reservists. Constitution Sailors supported Phoenix Navy Week, one of 15 Navy weeks planned across America for 2012.
