Please note: The President has signed a Continuing Resolution that will continue funding through Feb. 15, 2007.
Competing Budget Policy Statement
- Because NIH is under a continuing resolution at this time, NIDA has not established funding policies or paylines for FY 2007. Some competing grants with the most meritorious review scores will be selected for award during this interim time frame. NIDA will set paylines for the fiscal year after the appropriation is signed.
Non competing (Type 5) continuations
- In accordance with NIH policy, NIDA will pay all non-competing continuation awards at 80 percent of the committed levels on their regular anniversary dates. Non-competing grants which are awarded under the continuing resolution may receive some restoration of funds if the final appropriation permits.
