Vincent Carroll
Vincent Carroll has been writing commentary on politics and public policy in Colorado since 1982. He was originally with the Rocky Mountain News, where he was editor of the editorial pages until that newspaper gave up the ghost in 2009. His first newspaper job was covering sports in a New Mexican town that hardly had any sports, so one year later he fled to the Joliet Herald-News. He also had stints at the Minneapolis Star and Scripps Howard News Service in Washington, D.C., before settling permanently in Denver.
