Acquisition Policy Flashes

Acquisition Policy Flash!Acquisition Policy Flashes are used to communicate useful information such as Class Deviations, Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) Guidance, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Cases, and other information that has the potential to impact day-to-day procurement operations within the VA.  Acquisition Policy Flashes can be either stand-alone or introductory documents that communicate and disseminate Procedures, Guidance, and Information to VA’s acquisition workforce.  They can also be used to distribute policy changes contained within Procurement Memorandums.
