Housing in Annapolis area is available but expensive. There is a Navy Lodge with 50 rooms at a rate of $74 per night. Motel rates start at $50/and up per night.

Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) Overview

Bachelor Housing consists of two buildings: Reina Mercedes and Fuller Hall. There are a total of 100 rooms reserved for permanent party E4 and junior personnel. Eligible personnel should check in at the Reina Mercedes Bldg 47 Front Desk. The front desk hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reina Mercedes building has a quarterdeck watch that can assist new arrivals from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and official holidays. All military personnel must check on at the front desk prior to being assigned a room. If checking in after normal business hours/days, please call the office at  410-293-9067 to make arrangements for meeting a building manager representative or the quarterdeck watch guest relations representative.
 
All E-4 single sailors have their own room in Unaccompanied Housing Fuller Hall. Rooms are furnished with one twin-size bed, dresser, sofa, kitchenette, chairs, microwave, refrigerator, desk and etc. All E-4 Sailors share a bath with one other person.
 
All E-1 to E-3 single Sailors have a two person room in Unaccompanied Housing Reina Mercedes sharing a bath and most furnishings. Rooms are furnished with with two twin-size beds, two dressers, a sofa, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, two desks with chairs and etc.
 
Both Unaccompanied Housing buildings have a lounge equipped with a big screen TV, comfortable chairs and sofas, foosball and pool tables, stove and kitchen area. All facilities have a lighted parking lot and are within walking distance of the installation gym, galley, marina, and "Liberty Zone" for single Sailors.
 
Once you have received your orders to Annapolis, give the Bachelor Housing Manager a call to let them know your arrival date. Your room will be clean, bed made, and ready for occupancy upon your arrival. That is the NSA Annapolis Bachelor Housing way of saying "Welcome Aboard!"
 
Geographical Bachelor Housing is extremely limited. If you wish to be placed on the Waiting List, please call the Bachelor Housing Manager at (410) 293-9070 to express your desire to reside in Geo Bachelor Quarters. Once your request is submitted, you must go before an Assignment Review Board for approval.
 
Service members who are on transient or accompanied orders do not have billeting at Bachelor Housing.
