"Regulated Navigation Areas; Bars Along the Coasts of Oregon and Washington"

The final rule “Regulated Navigation Areas, Bars Along the Coasts of Oregon and Washington” will become effective on 17DEC09.  This rule affects bar restrictions, closures, and the requirements for lifejacket wear for certain vessels.  The Coast Guard encourages the public to view the final rule published in "Federal Register Vol. 74, No. 220".  To view this rule click here.
