Website users in the greater defense health and military communities are invited to participate in a survey aimed at improving military health websites.  Surveys may be conducted in person or over the phone and may take about 20 minutes.  Submit a quick online form to get more information.  There’s no obligation to participate and collected information will only be used to ensure a wide base of test users.
