Lache Seastrunk talks about his experience at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

SEASTRUNK: Well it's day two, um, we had a little better day today. I still gotta work on running through my holes and slowin' it down through my eyes. I've not yet slowed it down, so I'm taking it day by day. It's still only Tuesday, like it's only the second workout. We're going into our third workout today, so hopefully I'm looking forward to doing a little bit better than I did today.
SEASTRUNK: I'm trying to accomplish that I am a blue-collar back. Meaning I can run through the tackles and I can get the tough yards. I'm just trying to set the statement that I am the best running back, and I have worked hard to get here. You have to make plays, make plays, make plays, and consistently make plays, they look at you like, wow he's doin' it, and he's the best of the best.
SEASTRUNK: Well my experience today was awesome. Hanging out with the guys was, you know, a really great thing. I enjoy being with them and just meeting new people and they're really awesome. I love my team, my teammates from the west, and I also have a couple people that I know from the east. It's just an overall really great experience and I cherish every moment.
SEASTRUNK: Today, we're a little restless, we've been at this for like two days. We already have four practices under our belt. Time to have a little fun and relax. I really wanna go eat. Everybody wrapping up at Dave & Busters! So we'll see you all tomorrow!
