Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Max Browne
Quarterback
6'5"

Committed to USC
Skyline High School | Sammamish, WA

Browne is a very cerebral player, and it is a big reason why he is the top-rated quarterback in this class. He throws precise passes all over the field and makes smart decisions, something that has really become an added strength in his repertoire. It is not always about the glitzy, risky throw with him. Browne is so intelligent and savvy that he nearly always makes the right throw to move his team down the field. Browne threw for 4,034 yards with 45 touchdowns and seven interceptions as a junior for Skyline.
