Two Teams. 90 Players. Unlimited Talent and Strength.

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Get the details on each of this year’s U.S. Army All-Americans and what strengths they’ll bring to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Herron is a tall defensive end who has a good first step and does an excellent job of using his length. He has shown the ability to quickly change direction and use his burst to make quick work of blockers and get into the backfield with a limited number of steps. Herron used a wide variety of moves when taking on offensive linemen, keeping them on their heels with his ability to work around the edge or quickly swim to the inside. With proper coaching and physical development, Herron will overcome his tendency to play high and turn into a dominate force off the edge.
