Bosnian Women
In November 1995, Ratko Mladic was indicted for the genocide in Srebenica. He had overseen operations just four months earlier which had led to the deaths of around 8,000 men and boys. In announcing the indictment, the judge at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia added that Srebrenica saw 'scenes from hell, written on the darkest pages of human history".
