Ghoulish Green Sipper

• Ingredients

  • 1 package (8-serving size) package lime flavor gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 (1-liter) bottle seltzer or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 pint orange sherbet, slightly softened
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 line, thinly sliced

• Directions

  1. Place gelatin in a large bowl; add boiling water and stir, at least 2 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in juice; cool to room temperature.
  3. Just before serving, pour gelatin mixture into a punch bowl; add ice; stir.
  4. Add scoops of sherbet and fruit slices, and serve.
