Freedom of Information Act

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provides access to Federal agency records, except to the extent that such records (or portions thereof) are protected from disclosure by one of the nine FOIA exemptions.
Individuals may request documents by contacting the FOIA office via online, mail, fax, phone or email.
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) commander is authorized to act on requests for intelligence and security records.
Fees may apply for processing the requests.
Privacy Act
The Privacy Act balances the government's need to maintain information about individuals and to protect the rights of individuals against unwarranted invasions of privacy resulting from the collection, maintenance, use, and disclosure of personal information.
