The President has requested that all Americans consider volunteering/giving back to the community...he has issued an executive order encouraging the federal work force to give due consideration to giving something back to their communities. Congress is very interested in spouse employment and training...a great way to learn and to grow skills is by volunteering. Given the weight of all these things, we encourage everyone to gain additional skills or keep skills current through volunteer jobs.

The Foundation is based in Washington, DC, and works in communities throughout the United States through a network of over 500 Volunteer Centers.
