Army Salutes D-Day Vets at Twilight Tattoo

Under Secretary of the Army Joseph W. Westphal and some World War Two guests of honor watch as the U.S. Army Military District of Washington's Twilight Tattoo is performed by Soldiers from the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and The U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own" June 6, 2012. Westphal invited a number of World War II veterans to view the performance as a salute to their service on the 68th anniversary of D-Day, the Allied invasion of France, June 6, 1944.
