Educational Resources
The Army developed this site to educate people about the potential hazards associated with UXO, to provide people guidance on what to do should do should they encounter or suspect they have encountered UXO, to provide a consistent message (the 3Rs) for use in local public involvement efforts. The Army designed this program as a "toolkit" from which people and organizations could use individual "tools" to enhance or supplement local explosive safety programs.
