Welcome to the Commander, Navy Installations Command Support Center. The Support Center was established in August 2004 to provide a consolidated enterprise-wide support solution to CNIC activities located throughout the world. The Support Center is operated by CTI Resource Management Services, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Jacksonville, Fla. Our mission is to provide you, the customer, with fast, friendly and efficient support services.
