Mission
The primary mission of Data Communications is to support the communication infrastructure of the DPC/RSU.
However, the section also provides limited support to Reserve units billeting in Camp Talega who request CIS support.
No Data or Communications assets are available at Talega, you must bring your own.
Requests for CIS support (e.g., telephone and LAN connections) are made by completing the appropriate forms within the Reserve Support Agreement (RSA).
CIS requests for telephone or LAN support must be made prior to 120 days out from training.
Frequency Requests
All radio communication aboard Camp Pendleton, other than direct communication to Long Rifle Range Control, requires the request of training frequencies. All requests must be made via the RSA.
