Since 2001, the U.S. Army All-American Bowl has showcased the nation's premier high school football talent. The level of play in these games has demanded the absolute highest levels of mental, emotional and physical strengths for those participating. The expansive and continually growing list of prominent alumni featured in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl's history stands as proof of this strength and the extraordinary level of competition. Some of the most notable All-American alumni include: Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, 2012 #1 NFL Draft Pick Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore and Robert Woods among many more.
As of the start of NFL training camps, there are more than 200 U.S. Army All-American Bowl alumni on NFL rosters. During the 2012 NFL Draft, 22 U.S. Army All-Americans were selected, including six first round selections. An incredible total of 51 U.S. Army All-Americans have been selected in the past two NFL Drafts. More and more U.S. Army All-Americans enter the NFL each season as the Army All-American Bowl continues to produce some of the game’s brightest stars on its biggest stage.

High School: Hoggard High School (NC)
- Barth attended the U.S. Army National Combine after his junior year, where he was named the best kicker in attendance. He set the North Carolina prep record for career field goals with 38 and was named a prep All-American after making 20 of 21 field goals and 48 of 50 extra points as a senior. Barth was successful on one field goal and all four extra point attempts in an East rout in the 2004 U.S. Army All- American Bowl.
College: University of North Carolina
- Barth won the Tar Heel kicking job as a true freshman and was named Freshman All- American and honorable mention All-ACC after converting 14 field goals and 35 extra points in 2004. Barth finished his career by making 30 of his final 33 field goal attempts, including all 10 attempts in his junior year. Barth was named to the All- ACC team as a senior and left North Carolina as its record-holder in career field goals made, with 54.
NFL: Kansas City Chiefs, Signed as Rookie Free Agent in 2008
- Barth started his career with a stint in Kansas City, where he went 10 for 12 on field goals in 2008 as a rookie. He joined Tampa Bay midway through 2009 and has become a rock solid kicker for the Buccaneers, converting 84 percent of his field goals and not missing an extra point since joining the squad. Barth’s field goal percentage of 92 percent in 2011 was good for second in the NFL and earned him a new contract that will keep him in Tampa Bay through 2015.
