Chief Master Sgt. Marcus Snoddy, the 39th Air Base Wing command chief, awards the John L. Levitow Award to Senior Airman Stanley Graham, of the 39th Communications Squadron, during the Airman Leadership School graduation for class 11-2 at the consolidated club Dec. 3, 2010 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.
