Jury sees graphic crime scene video during Mohamud murder trial

The jury got a look at the crime scene today as testimony continued in the second degree murder trial of Ali Mohamad Mohamud in State Supreme Court. He's accused of beating his 10-year-old stepson Abdifatah to death in April. YNN's Kaitlyn Lionti was in the courtroom as graphic video and pictures were shown.

Poloncarz releases 2013 proposed budget; 3.4% property tax increase included

Despite a campaign promise to hold the line on property taxes, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz is calling for a tax hike and job cuts in his first budget since taking office. As YNN's Kate McGowan tells us, Poloncarz says the county is facing a challenging time, as it works to close a $30 million budget gap.
