The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) provides counsel, assistance, socioeconomic data, procurement information and can also direct small business vendors to various departmental agencies or bureaus that may have a need for specific products or services.
Eligibility:
U.S. small businesses, minority businesses, and other businesses owned and controlled by disadvantaged persons.
