Defense Procurement & Acquisition Policy (DPAP) is responsible for all acquisition and procurement policy matters in the Department of Defense (DoD). This link provides access to the DPAP website.
TMA Acquisition policy, procedures, guides, forms, and templates are based on existing FAR, DFARS, DFARS PGI, and other sources (e.g., Office of Federal Procurement Policy, DoD Directives, DPAP memos, etc.). Below is a listing of the various TMA documents. These documents are applicable to all TMA buying organizations and activities receiving support from AM&S acquisition resources.
