Note to Pacific Area Beneficiaries: Please visit

for details about how to file your health care claims. Be sure to enter your
profile telling us who you are, where you live in the Pacific Area, and
which health plan you are using for the most accurate information. Once
you've entered your profile, click on the Medical Tab and go to the Claims
section. Download a copy of the
Philippines Itemized/OHI Checklist.
Network host nation providers file claims for TRICARE Prime Overseas Prime beneficiaries. Expect to pay up front and file
claims for reimbursement when you visit non-network host nation providers. You do not have to file claims for military treatment
facility care. Claims must be filed within one year of the date of service or within one year of the date of an inpatient discharge.
- Active duty service members will file claims using the active duty claims address.
- All non-active duty beneficiaries who live in the Pacific area will file claims using the Pacific address, regardless of where the
care is received.
- Non-active duty beneficiaries who live in the United States and receive care in the Pacific area will file claims using the Pacific
claims address.
- Beneficiaries who live in another overseas area receive care in the Pacific area will file claims using the claims address for
home region claims address.
Note: Beneficiaries using TRICARE For Life in a U.S. Territory such as Guam or America Samoa will file claims with the
TFL Contractor.
