TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas

TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas is offered in designated remote overseas locations for active duty service members and their families. TRICARE has partnered with International SOS to identify the best local providers and facilities and develop a network of licensed, qualified physicians in remote overseas areas. Retirees and their families may not enroll in TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas.

To enroll, submit a TRICARE Prime Enrollment Application and PCM Change Form along with a copy of your orders to your regional call center or TRICARE Service Center.

Family Member Coverage
Only family members who are on accompanying orders and command-sponsored may enroll in TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas. However, if you have family members who are living in the United States, they may enroll in TRICARE Prime in the region where they live, if its offered.

When Coverage Begins
Coverage begins when International SOS receives the enrollment application.
