Each TRICARE region has it’s own managed care support contractor (MCSC) who is responsible for administering the TRICARE program in each region. The TRICARE regional contractors assist the TRICARE Regional Offices/TRICARE Area Offices and military treatment facility commanders in operating a world-class health benefit. The MCSCs are responsible for establishing the provider networks in each TRICARE region.
