Monthly Premium Transition Update
As a result of system changes taking place during the transition from United Concordia to MetLife, some Reserve and National Guard members paying monthly premiums by payroll deduction may need to pay MetLife directly. We are working on a solution and apologize for any inconvenience. Beneficiaries affected by this issue will not be disenrolled, but if you receive a paper bill from MetLife, please make your payment by check, electronic funds transfer or credit card until payroll deduction options become available.

MetLife will continue to communicate closely with affected beneficiaries

Do you need to file claims for dental care received before May 1, 2012

Claims with a date of service before May 1, 2012 will continue to be processed by United Concordia until April 30, 2013.
