Military life can be challenging for service members and their families. There are many things that occur that can possibly trigger or worsen some mental or behavioral health conditions.

  • Frequent deployments and families separated for extended periods of time
  • Constantly moving to new duty stations throughout a service member's career
  • Coping with life-altering injuries or loss of a spouse or parent
