Costs
Costs for screening tests to determine clinical trial eligibility, as well as the associated costs of participation in cancer clinical trials, are covered. If enrolled in a clinical trial taking place at a military treatment facility, all outpatient care is provided free of charge. If referred outside a military treatment facility, you are responsible for the same costs as for other TRICARE-covered services. These costs vary depending on who you are and what plan you are using.
