The Long-Term Care Listserv

The Long-term Care listserv is a way to get information about activities, products and release dates for the National Nursing Home Survey (NNHS), the National Home and Hospice Care Survey (NHHCS), and the National Survey of Residential Care Facilities (NSRCF).

 

How to Subscribe to the Long-Term Care List

Subscribe using one of the following two options:

Self subscription

Send an email message to listserv@listserv.cdc.gov. Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message, type or paste: subscribe NCHS_LONGTERMCARE your first and last name (see example below).

You will receive a confirmation email of your LTC listserv request to become a member, with a link to confirm your request. Please click on the confirmation link to complete your request.

Agency subscription

Fill out and submit a subscription request form through the NCHS listservs webpage. You should receive an email notification of your subscription.

How to Unsubscribe from the Long-Term Care List

• Send an email message to listserv@listserv. cdc.gov. Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message, type or paste: signoff NCHS_ LONGTERMCARE
