Prescription refills are easy. You can order by online, by phone or through the mail.
Ordering Refills Online
- Visit www.express-scripts.com/TRICARE
- During your first visit to the Web site, complete the brief online account activation. This will make future visits fast and easy.
- The Website lets you check your order status, offers easy-touse tools to help you make cost-effective choices about your prescription drugs, request refills, look up general information about prescription drugs and health conditions, and more.
Ordering Refills by Phone
- Call 1-877-363-1303.
- Have your sponsor's ID number, your prescription number, and credit card information ready when you call.
Ordering Refills by Mail
When you received your first prescription, Express Scripts included a Prescription Refill form. Use this form to order a refill. Submit the form, along with payment for the prescription to:

Be sure to include the prescription number on the form. If you already have a credit card on file, your card will be billed automatically.
Converting Prescriptions from a Retail Network Pharmacy
If you're already having prescriptions filled at a TRICARE retail network pharmacy, and you'd rather use home delivery, you can quickly and easily convert your prescriptions to home delivery in approximately 4-7 minutes.
Enrolled in the US Family Health Plan?
Remember, you will fill prescriptions through your US Family Health Plan's pharmacies, either onsite, network or mail-order, depending on what pharmacy options are available with your plan. You will not access military treatment facility pharmacies or TRICARE's other pharmacy options. To learn about your prescription drug coverage, enter your profile.
Forgot your password?
If registered online for the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery and you forget your password, you can reset it on the home delivery pharmacy login page or contact customer service for assistance.
