USTRANSCOM Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP)


The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is the advocate for small business utilization within USTRANSCOM and the primary source of information to the small business community for assistance. We provide advice and counsel to USTRANSCOM on all Small Business matters, assist buyers with Small Business market research, educate and develop resources for industry, participate in training and outreach opportunities, develop and monitor Small Business goals and achievements, and ensure policy and procedural adherence relational to Small Business regulations.

The mission of the OSBP is to assist USTRANSCOM & TCAQ in acquiring the most talented and innovative small businesses in support of the war fighter. Our objective is to increase awards to small business by developing strategies that ensures maximum participation and opportunities for small business concerns. The OSBP is USTRANSCOM's face to industry and the first stop for identifying and Doing Business with USTRANSCOM. We continually strive to increase prime and subcontract opportunities to Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-owned Small Business, Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small
Business and HUBZone Small Business concerns.
