  8. The Defense Information Systems Agency announced the release of our Strategic Plan for 2013-2018 today. This plan is intended to promote a common understanding of the agency’s mission and vision and of the strategic goals and key objectives that will shape and prioritize DISA’s efforts for the next five years.

    All of our current and future mission and industry partners are encouraged to review the Strategic Plan.

    - Identify gaps between desired cyber operational capabilities and existing workforce capabilities, and recommend ways to eliminate those gaps.
    - Advocate for force development and force management strategies that support the goal of developing and sustaining a robust cyber operations workforce.
