TRICARE

TRICARE can schedule appointments to attend to your medical needs.

The Malmstrom Clinic has created a web site on TricareOnline.com, the web site of the Military Health System, which we hope will increase your comfort with our facility and staff, as well as provide you with useful tools to increase your access to care.

Dental Clinic

The dental clinic provides routine dental care to all assigned active duty members Monday through Friday. Active duty readiness remains the primary concern and mission of the dental flight. Non-active duty beneficiaries may receive care only on a space available standby basis.

Family members are encouraged to enroll in the TRICARE active duty family member dental plan. Those enrolled in this program receive care from an accepting civilian dentist of their choice. The family member dental insurance program covers most dental procedures. The clinic may be reached at (406) 731-2846.

341st Medical Group Info

The 341st Medical Group provides quality medical care and services to the 341st Space Wing and the entire Malmstrom community.

Normal duty hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Air Force and contract physicians perform outpatient treatment covering a wide variety of specialties which include: Family Practice, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Physical Therapy, Life Skills Support, Family Advocacy, Flight Medicine, and Optometry.

In addition, the MDG has an in-house pharmacy, laboratory and radiology department. Patients who require specialty care not available at the clinic may be referred to local civilian specialists or to civilian or military hospitals.

Family Advocacy Program

The Family Advocacy Program has three components: Maltreatment, Special Needs Identification and Assignment Coordination, and Outreach and Prevention.
