Army

Army OneSource Exceptional Family Member Program Army OneSource is the website of Army Community Service (ACS), the organization that provides family programs and services to members of the Army. The Army OneSource Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) website contains an overview of the program, an EFMP newsletter, frequently asked questions, and links to related programs and services. Login or CAC access required.

Army Well-Being The Army's Well-Being Division provides a central source of compiled human dimension data to inform Human Capital Strategy, policy and program decisions, and to provide assessments of issues related to the well-being of the force for senior Army leadership. The Army Well-Being website contains links to Army family blogs, forums, and resources.

Army Emergency Relief (AER) AER is a private, nonprofit organization whose sole mission is to help Soldiers and their dependents. AER funds are made available to provide emergency financial assistance to Soldiers (active duty and retired) and their dependents when there is a valid need.

National Guard Joint Services Support The National Guard Bureau J-1 is responsible for providing the policies, resources and training to ensure consistent human resources programs that shape and enhance National Guard strategic initiatives, personnel readiness, operational capabilities, and the sustainability of the National Guard community. The National Guard Joint Services Support website provides overviews of the available programs, news, events, and resources.

Marine Corps

Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) The EFMP within Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) provides assistance to Marines and their family members with exceptional family members through general family support and support during the assignment coordination process. The EFMP website provides information on the assignment coordination process, resources, newsletters, links to required forms, and contact information for the installation EFMP managers.

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) The NMCRS is a private, nonprofit organization that  provides financial, educational, and other assistance to Sailors, Marines, eligible family members, and survivors when in need. Services provided include emergency financial assistance, budget counseling, visiting nurses, and emergency financial assistance to qualifying Marines in the form of a low-interest loan.

Navy

Navy Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) The Navy EFMP assists Sailors by addressing the special needs of their exceptional family members during the assignment process. The Navy EFMP website includes contact information for EFMP coordinators, links to required forms, frequently asked questions, publications, and other related resources.

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) The NMCRS is a private, nonprofit organization that  provides financial, educational, and other assistance to Sailors, Marines, eligible family members, and survivors when in need. Air Force Community Air Force Community is the official community website for the Air Force and offers information and resources on a wide range of topics pertaining to military family life, plus information about DoD installations.

Air Force Aid Society (AFAS) AFAS is a private, nonprofit organization that provides emergency financial assistance to Air Force members and their families, including interest-free loans, grants or a combination of both. AFAS maintains an open door policy that encourages individuals to apply for assistance when they feel an emergency situation exists.

Coast Guard

Coast Guard Special Needs Program The Coast Guard Work-Life website provides information on Work-Life Programs, and other related programs that contribute to the quality of life of all members of Team Coast Guard, including a section devoted to special needs issues. The Coast Guard Special Needs Program website provides an overview of the program, contact information for requesting services, program references, related websites, and program points of contact.

Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA) CGMA is a private, nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to members of the Coast Guard community during times of need.  CGMA provides persons associated with the Coast Guard, who demonstrate a financial need, with interest-free loans, personal grants, and confidential financial counseling and referral services.
