On November 15, 2012, the way you enter the Unemployment Benefits Online system will change.You will no longer be able to access the Unemployment Benefits Online system by using your Social Security number and PIN. You will be required to sign in from a different web page and use a NY.GOV ID Username and Password. This change will better protect your identity. Your NY.GOV ID can also be used to access online services from other NYS government agencies.
