 ACADEMY CONCERTS
The public is welcome to attend concerts at the Air Force Academy. Anyone can become a season subscriber by buying tickets to as few as five performances. Season subscribers receive reduced prices, reserved seats, newsletters and an annual patron reception. Group discount packages are also available for squadrons and businesses. CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN STATE PARK
Located between Fort Carson and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, Cheyenne Mountain State Park offers visitors 20 miles of walking and bicycling trails as well as exhibits on prairie-to-peak ecosystems, local flora and fauna. Admission to the park is $6 per vehicle per day. Annual passes are available for $60. Web: Cheyenne Mountain State Park
CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN ZOO
Exhibits and attractions at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo include nearly 800 animals, including giraffes, mountain lions, gray wolves, birds and reptiles. Admission is $14.25 for adults, $12.25 for seniors and $7.25 for children aged 3-11. Web: Cheyenne Mountain Zoo*
 GARDEN OF THE GODS
The Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center has a café, gift shop and activities for guests of all ages, including information displays, movies, free nature walks and presentations. Web: Garden of the Gods
MONEY MUSEUM
The largest museum in the United States dedicated to the science of money explores the art, history and science behind currency. The American Numismatic Association's museum is north of Colorado College and includes a collection of more than 250,000 objects stretching back to the earliest invention of money. Admission is free. NORTH CHEYENNE CAÑON PARK
North Cheyenne Cañon Park features several attractions, including the Starsmore Discovery Center and Helen Hunt Falls. The The Starsmore Discovery Center houses interactive nature exhibits, a bird-watching window, a small bookstore and programs for nearby attractions. The center also hosts regular children's programs.
Just up the road from the Starsmore Discovery Center, Helen Hunt Falls features superb outdoor hiking opportunities at about 7,000 feet above sea level. The Helen Hunt Falls Visitor Center offers information about natural features in the area as well as exhibits, scheduled hikes and walks, maps, nature books and gifts. Web: North Cheyenne Cañon Park
 PIONEERS MUSEUM
The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, located in downtown Colorado Springs, holds exhibits, historic artifacts and documents detailing the history behind the settlement of Colorado Springs in the 19th century. ROCKY MOUNTAIN DINOSAUR RESOURCE CENTER
Visitors to the Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center, located west of Colorado Springs in Woodland Park, can view a wide collection of fossilized animals, see a working fossil laboratory and special hands-on exhibits for children.  ROYAL GORGE BRIDGE
The Royal Gorbge Bridge near Cañon City is the highest suspension bridge in the world, standing 1,053 feet above the Arkansas River at the bottom of the canyon. Zebulon Pike's expedition into Colorado followed the Arkansas River, and his crew was the first group of Americans to view the gorge. SEVEN FALLS
Located in South Cheyenne Cañon, Seven Falls encompasses a series of seven waterfalls dropping 181 feet into the canyon. The park lights up at night, accentuating the falls' natural beauty. Admission is $9 for adults and $5.50 for children ages 6-15 during the day, or $10.50 for adults and $6.50 for children at night. Web: Seven Falls*
