  • WELCOME TO ARMY/AMERICAN COUNCIL ON EDUCATION REGISTRY TRANSCRIPT SYSTEM (AARTS).

As of 1 April 2011, the AARTS Operations Center NO LONGER accepted mail in paper transcript requests.

As of 2 May 2011, the AARTS Operations Center will deliver “ELECTRONIC ONLY” official transcripts to institutions.

Please submit a certified DD295, Application for the Evaluation of Learning Experiences During Military Service, to the college for any training that is not documented on your AARTS transcript.

    The Army's Premier Transcript Service

Our mission is to provide transcripts of military training and experience to Soldiers and Veterans of the Army, Army National Guard, and US Army Reserve, who have not already completed their undergraduate degree, and Basic Active Service Date (BASD) is after 1 October 1981.  AARTS maintains a database of over 4,500,000 Soldier records and fills over 5,000 requests per week. Academic institutions, Army Education Centers, and employers around the world who are registered for web official electronic delivery receive them within 24 hours of request.

AARTS will be transitioning to the Joint Services Transcript (JST). The JST will produce a uniform transcript of all military training and experiences to Service members of all branches. This new electronic transcript service, effective January 1, 2013, will include Army Officer and Warrant Officer training, joint military training conducted by other services, and DANTES funded Test Scores. The merger of AARTS to the JST is expected to be completed by December 31, 2012. Personnel data should be reviewed for accuracy and ensure that completed training is documented in the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS).

Until the transition is complete, all requests for an AARTS transcript via GoArmyEd or the AARTS website (aarts.army.mil) will remain the same until notified. As updates become available, we will provide them to you via GoArmyEd messages and our AARTS websites. For any questions or concerns, please contact the AARTS Helpdesk at usarmy.knox.hrc.mbx.tagd-aarts@mail.mil.
