The Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA) Program

is an employment assistance program that provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance to eligible military spouses who are pursuing a license, certification or Associate’s degree in a portable career field and occupation.

TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MILITARY SPOUSES
FROM THE US STATE DEPARTMENT

If you are moving overseas, you and your family members might want to take advantage of the training opportunities provided by the US State Department.  These training opportunities are available at no cost to all US Government employees (including the Armed Forces) and their eligible family members.  Many are related to spouse employment opportunities overseas.


The registration deadline for all TC courses is 11:30am the day before the course begins.
Courses are held at the Foreign Service Institute and fill up quickly. The National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC) is located between Glebe Road and South George Mason Drive at 4000 Arlington Boulevard (also known as Route 50), Arlington, Virginia 22204 (view map).  The Training Center encourages early enrollment.
