2012 Air Venture ) Dubbed The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration, this event displays civilian and military aircraft from around the world. EAA members and aviation enthusiasts totaling more than 500,000 from more than 60 countries attend EAA AirVenture at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The event features daily air shows, aerobatics, pyrotechnics, forums and workshops and children’s activities. Joint Service Open House and Air Show ) Every year the general public gets a rare opportunity to get a closer look at the advanced capabilities of our United States military services at the Joint Service Open House Air Show at Andrews Air Force Base. Previous OAM assets displayed at the show include the Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrator marine vessel, a P-3 aircraft, and other patrol aircraft. |
