Raise levees to authorized level per DM + calculated overbuild.

Marconi gate, Orleans and Bayou St John work
This contract consists of strengthening the existing Marconi Floodgate, converting I-wall to T-wall, and modifying or replacing existing Bayou St. John I-walls. The existing heights range from +12 to +17 feet. New elevations will be to 100-year elevations of +16 feet. In addition, the sector gate at Bayou St. John will be raised.
LPV-103.1A2 - Gate Structure Lakefront OEB - Orleans Canal to London Ave.
Replace ramps between Topaz and London Ave, to include the Canal St ramp, Rail St and Lake Terrace
This contract consists of new gates to be constructed across Lakeshore Drive near Rail Street and Lake Terrace. Gates will be built to authorized elevations of +18 and +18.5 feet respectively. I-wall will be converted to L-wall at Rail Street to elevation +18 feet.
