Construct floodwall/structures to 100-yr level across Hwy90. Formerly "Western Tie-In Structures."
This contract constructed a highway bridge over a floodwall at the intersection of WBV-72 and US-90. This contract includes the highway bridge at US-90, floodwalls across US-90, and detour roads.
