LPV-147 - Chalmette Loop Levee - Highway 46 Floodgates
Construct floodgates across Hwy. 46 to the 100 yr. elevation
Work in this 511-foot long reach consisted of replacing the existing swing gates across Highway 46 with overhead trolley gates with removable beams to 2057 elevation. Gate approaches and a catch basin were also constructed. This reach was constructed to elevation +30.0 feet.
