Weekly Election Update 10.8.12

from: Jessica Myers on Oct 09, 2012

October is a busy month for Election deadlines, so we have changed the format a little bit for the Election Updates blog this month. Each blog will be broken down into categories: Voter Registration, In Person Absentee Voting or Absentee Ballot Request Deadline, Early Voting, and Other Highlights. The State listed will be linked to the corresponding information on the Secretary of State’s website. For example, click on a state under the voter registration section and it will take you to registration information for that state. We will highlight the deadlines approaching in the coming 2 weeks to give you more time to prepare.

If you have additional information, requests, or corrections, please submit them via Twitter @EACgov or email Jessica Myers at jmyers@eac.gov. Also, please visit our 2012 Election Calendar.
