Update a Patient’s Date of Birth in AHLTA-T

  1. Click Search from the Folder List or the Search icon from the tool bar.
  2. Enter a patient’s name and click Find.
  3. To activate the Edit Patient button, click the name once and select Edit Patient.
  4. Fix the date of birth in the Birth Date field.
  5. Click Apply and then OK.
