Add Favorite Diagnoses in AHLTA-T

Select List Management from the Folder List on the left side of the screen to display the current diagnoses.
Click the Add button at the top of the page to search for diagnoses.
In the Select Diagnosis window, enter a diagnosis in the Medcin Search field. Highlight the appropriate diagnosis for the list and click the OK button.
The diagnoses selected now appear under My Diagnoses. Every diagnosis selected displays when the option tree is expanded.
Providers can also search and select diagnoses from the A/P window. Click on a diagnosis and click the Add to Favorite List button at the bottom of the window.
To review the favorites in the A/P window, select the Clinic & User Favorite List radio button under the Diagnosis tab. The diagnoses now display under User Favorites.
