Chambersburg, Pa. – Colonel Victor S. Hagan, Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) Commander, will be hosting a presentation ceremony on Aug. 27, 2012 in honor of LEAD’s recent OSHA approved Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) Star Certification.
