Nursing Education Department Requirements
The Nursing Education Department requires all nurses to complete and bring training certificates for the following training jacket items/courses:
- BLS CARD
- HIPAA
- CBRNE EMPRC OPERATOR/RESPONDER COURSE
- ANTI TERRORIST TRAINING
- TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS
- INFORMATION ASSURANCE TRAINING
The following items can only be completed here at NH JAX:
- BASIC NURSING SKILLS (COMPLETED ONLY 1 TIME) If you have completed these before on a previous AT, you will not have to redo them.
- NURSING ORIENTATION (COMPLETED ONLY 1 TIME)
- ANNUAL REQUIRED TRAINING (this is also in-house and involves codes such as CODE BLUE, ORANGE, RED, etc.)
