Why is the photo meeting the Challange in black in white? There was no reason to turn it black and white. It does not make it better, it does not add anything to the photo, it is just a silly attempt to make it look cooler. Everyone thinks that if you turn a photo black and white it makes it cool and artistic.

That guy is not a crew chief. A C17 crew chief does not check the adjustment of a compressor stator cyclinder TO 1C-17A-2-75JG-30-1.
