Apple and Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 3 red delicious apples
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 (8 ounce) carton low fat lemon yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
Directions
- Core each apple, but do not peel. Cut apples into ½ -inch chunks. Set aside.
- Combine yogurt, with cranberries, walnuts and celery and stir well.
- Add apples and toss to combine.
