Apple and Cranberry Salad

  • Ingredients

    • 3 red delicious apples
    • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
    • 1 (8 ounce) carton low fat lemon yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
    • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • Directions

    1. Core each apple, but do not peel. Cut apples into ½ -inch chunks. Set aside.
    2. Combine yogurt, with cranberries, walnuts and celery and stir well.
    3. Add apples and toss to combine.
    • Yields: 6 to 8 servings
